Q: Do templates come with all features I see?
A: A Not necessarily. Express sites do not include features such as ecommerce backend or databases. These can be added for an additional fee.
Q: Will I be able to make updates to my site?
A: For dynamic pages, like realtor home listings, yes. For static pages, no, unless you know HTML. Considering the learning curve, you will
save money having us do it on an hourly basis, as most of our clients do.
Q: Can you use my own pictures on the site?
A: Yes. However, pictures are limited to 10 total, except on dynamic pages.
Q: Can colors of the template match my company's color scheme and logo, or do I have to use the provided color scheme?
A: In most cases, we can match the colors.
Q: How do I provide content for the site?
A: Although the templates are standard, the content is your own. All content can be sent via email.
The content should be sent using pc-formatted text and/or graphics via Word, Excel, etc., and should be proofed before sending.
Q: How many edits/revisions, if any, will you make to my website before it is completed?
A: Whatever it takes, until the site is finished, or we run out of patience, whichever comes first. Please provide us with all revisions in a
written format specifying the changes in detail.
